Andrew Vaughan speaks very highly of Beyoncé in this book. He said that Beyoncé was a deserving winner of the artist of the Millennium announced in 2011 by Billboard Magazine. He said she possessed two vary rare talents, one that she could sing and dance exceptionally well and the second was she knew her talent alone wasn’t enough, practice, dedication and sacrifice is as important as raw talent. He said in an era of lip-syncing and pro-tools she has proved that a live performer can still rely on a powerful, beautiful voice just as much and the stage theatrics. Vaughan said she is a remarkable businesswoman, with her and her husband Jay-Z one of the richest most powerful couples in America. He said she has retained a rare dignity in a celebrity obsessed 21st century, keeping a classy mystery to her marriage and private life. Vaughan said raised with a strong social conscious Beyoncé has devoted time, energy and money giving back financially, using her power and wealth to help those who need it most.
