My perception of Beyoncé changed after reading the biography written about her by Andrew Vaughan. I realized that her rise to fame wasn’t as simple as it seemed going through rejection many times before coming out on top with Destiny’s Child. I came to understand that not only is she a powerful influential women herself, she looked and still does look up to many other women who have had a major influence and empowered her life. She was like any other average person, she had a talent, and turned it into great things, giving back to those less fortunate and inspiring others to pursue their dreams.
